Looking great, Tom! You know, you could put a fresh bucket of water under your grinding during these Busse mods strain out the INFI-dust for resale to the more hardcore addicts....

For some reason I'm picturing a guy carrying it in a little pouch around his neck, then sprinkling some on his head while saying ".... INFI Duuuuust!!!...", ala Peter Pan... Would that mean Tom is a Pixie? :)

Thanks guys!

Can't wait for these guys to get their knives back... looking forward to hearing what they thing!!

Wow, Tom. Beautiful!!! (Maybe a little sacrilegious, but Sa-Weet! :D
Did you save the dust from grinding the INFI? :D)

Thanks! Yep, I do my own kydex. I have made a bunch of sheaths over the years. The nice thing about the Busse knives it they work so well in kydex. So many knives are designed without thought to how they will work in a leather or kydex sheath. OBVIOUSLY that is not the case at Busse Knives! Thanks Jerry!

Ryan, sorry about the web-site. My guys says he is working on it, but it is not finished yet. I don't know when it will be up. Feel free to email me with any questions and will do my best to get you pics and answers.

PM or email me with detail, given the chance. I've got a couple to send off to you. One looks suspiciously JUST LIKE THE ONE ABOVE. ;) At least, what that one *did* look like.

Thanks!

Tom: What do you think of the stock edge thickness of the Busses you have experienced?

They are what they are! Busse's are built tough as Hell! I have noticed that some blades are from thinner or thicker stock. The thinner blades are actually not to far from where I build mine!

I have been impressed with the Busse's I have experienced! One of these days I may get to belly up to the trough!:D

I personally like a thinner edge on my smaller belt knives and that is basically what I have been offering. I am not getting to crazy, like I do with some of the Spyderco, Kershaws, etc....

Infi is some good stuff!

Tom-

Thanks for sharing the pics and info. I had a question. When we first started sharpening with our Edge Pro, we put some very large edges on some knives. I thought I had watched that video enough but something was lost in the translation. I've got it down now. How do you reprofile the edges so you can start over and make a neat, tight edge?
