since there are a few SD threads kickin at this time, I figured I would ask you guys what piece you like best, pros and cons, between these 2 pieces of great cutlery.

Swarden is SR101 as you all know and the Busse SD is INFI.

personally I like the SD better mainly because of the steel used in it, but i really like my new Swarden and SR101 isnt that bad of a steel either. I just need a good black leather sheath so i can carry the Swarden. What do you guys think? pros and cons on each... lets hear it.

IMHO...all else being equal, INFI>All.

So unless there's some specific aspect of the Swamp Warden that is superior for your purposes than the Scotch Dispenser, I'd go with the SD. And honestly, if the Swamp Warden was better...I'd buy a Game Warden.

Bear in mind I am an INFI fanatic though. I want INFI wedding bands. I want INFI dinnerwear. I want a big pile of INFI ball bearing to roll around in. I want INFi zippers on my clothes. I want an INFI armored vehicle. I want an INFI pen to write my checks for more INFI knives on my INFI clipboard. I want commemorative INFI coins the size of silver dollars. I want INFI chain-mail for when my INFI plate armor is too heavy. If I lose a hand, I want an INFI hook.

I got a little carried away there....sorry.

SR101 is a great steel, and not to be underestimated. I'd go for the swamp warden because I don't care much for the scotch dispenser's style. In fact, I just got a swamp warden and love it. If i could have any busse necker style knife it would be a anorexic assault shaker.

dude, you are sick.

its cool Bubba - i know you just love INFI. Im the same way. But the Swarden is a good piece too. I was just wondering if any Hogs on here had both and could comment on the performance as to how they match up against one another.

Bubba,

Here you are being Shy and holding back.

Tell us how you really feel.

Tell them where you learned this "INFI Uber Allus" Philosophy

there is one thing better than all above listed blades.

introducing the... drum roll please...

SKELETON WARDEN

If I had picked up a Skelly Warden I would be using it instead of the Swamp Warden since they are virtually identical. (except INFI vs. SR101) I pick up my Assault Shaker vs. my Rat Shaker indiscriminately also. My Scotch Dispenser is right here on the desk and does get used but the Warden configuration suits me better for a necker.

Do you think that Jerry will do another run of the INFI wardens? Is this the knife that there is a FAT version of??

you never know what goes on in jerry's mind, but i wouldn't bet on it, not likely imho. as a matter of fact skelly wardens should be going for 1000 dollars given the quantities made.
there was never a fat skeleton, they were all skin n bones
