Hi,
I've been out of the loop on Busse's the last couple of years. I ordered a SOB last week and I am looking for someone to make a leather sheath for it. Who would you guys recommend for this?
Thanks for your help.
Jim

There's a lot of great leather-crafters here. Just to name a few: Rainwalker, Armorall Leather, Chuddy Bear. Perhaps other Hogs will add to the list.;)

Lets not Forget Rowe leather....Kenny has crafted some leather for Busse-Kin over the years...The others Tom has listed are also excellent craftsmen with Hides...;)

Put Skystorm and Sagewood Gear on that list as well, both are top notch. :)

I have an SOB incoming for work! Cant wait to see it, they look awesome in the pics.

I think Rainwalker has not been very active recently, I tried to order from him a while ago but he was too busy to take any new orders.

Skystorm Leather has several sheath patterns for SOB and you can order from their website without having to send your knife.

There are a lot of great sheath makers around these parts. I've seen so many top notch sheaths pictured on the forums, its going to be a difficult decision. I have a beautiful piece of art from Rowe that holds my Meaner Street and I love it. Good luck in your search and please be sure to post pictures once you receive your new sheath.

Amen to that; Kenny Rowe does beautiful work as well!;)

Another +1 for Rowe's Leather. The last few years, I make a habit of hitting the Rowe booth early on during BLADE generally to try finding a few sheaths by eye I think might fit some of my users. Bought this one at the 2013 show, and as it turns out, the SOBLE fits in perfectly. ...A li'l tight on the comp finish ones, but still workable. Love their sheaths, belts too. :)

Alex I like that little one you picked up last year from Kenny for the AMS....I thought it was the perfect EDC pouch...

It's my favorite for EDC'ing AMSLE #27. :) Another one that fits great. Fit's the AMSMO too, but it feels like it was made for the LE.
