Up for sale is a mint condition custom Busse Combat straight handled Battle Mistress, 1/4” thick INFI steel. This one has the black crinkle coat finish and diagonally grooved canvas micarta handles. Most importantly she has one sweet serrated recurved blade. This was made as an award knife for the 2003 Blade West show and has been in “safe queen” storage ever since.
As posted on 9/16/2003 this knife had an estimated value of approximately $2,000 (PDF of post available to all interested parties). With four years gone by one might expect the price to have gone up, and most likely it has…HOWEVER it is your good fortune that I will be purchasing a new vehicle in the next months and want to pay for an options package.
Soooooooo (eeeeee), you can have this blade for $1,500. Shipping will be a flat $50 shipped overnight fully insured for $2,000 anywhere in the continental United States. Hawai'i parties are also welcome but shipping will be $100. Unfortunately international bidders are not welcome as shipping overseas is not a risk I’m willing to take with this particular blade.
Money Order from Western Union or Post Office, cashiers check or PayPal (no extra fees)
