Si per adesso lho usato solo per mangiare, ancora niente di estremo. Ho notato che se viene lasciato sporgo per qualche ora con del cibo può fornare macchie sulla lama ( che sono facilmente removibili con pasta abrasiva ). Però è accettabile visto che non è inox al 100%. Comunque per me è un super acciaio molto equilibrato

Had one years ago. Always wanted one so I bought one when a great deal came up. Build quality is excellent but I was disappointed with the handle, for this knife it was way too long, not practical for my hands and I'm not small by any means, even with gloves it's too big, I do love the ergonomics though, I even copied that on a custom handle I did but I made the handle the proper length of about 5-1/4". Gemini is a great knife regardless.
