It seems that INFI would be GREAT material for a thrower!
Considering that thowing knives are always taking a lot of abuse, and INFI is famous for taking it......

Mmmmm I'm thinking about the design.....

What do you guys think?

IIRC, this was talked about a couple years ago. Don't remember
whatever came of it???

I can't get the search funtion to work for me for some reason.

:D Guys if they are not safe queens they are all throwing knives.

I've thrown more Busse models than anyone in the country I think.

I've thrown variants.

I've even pitched a fit or two just ask Jerry;) ;)

I did a search and found one or two mentions of Busse made throwers, let me see if I can find them again and request pictures!

I've requested pictures of the Apache from Andy. Hopefully he'll get back to us. Apparently the idea was floated but it either got put aside for lack of interest (which I find hard to believe!) or (more likely) it got buried under a bunch of other projects. The Apache wasn't going to be made of INFI because of the cost.

Personally, I like the idea of one really good throwing knife that I know won't fail! I want it in INFI!

(Does anyone else but me remember The Saint's throwing knife? From the books, not the TV series or the movie.)

It was called the Apache Thrower IIRC. It was not INFI...5160 I believe. I have pics of it somewhere, but I sure can't find them. It was Andy Prisco's baby I believe.

It was fairly basic-black coating and a cord wrap. Both ends are sharpened.

Hey I've got a great thrower a Glock 21!!! Why throw a knife?
Unless you live in one of those unfortunate countries.
