Which Busse gets the nod when it comes to a Thanksgiving feast? I used a Nmfbm last year at my in laws and got a few funny looks but who cares. This year I may use an AK47 just to see if their reaction is any different.
Enjoy Thanksgiving my friends,
Garth

Tomorrow it's the MUK and the CGFBM
Happy Thanksgiving!

I'm lucky enough to use a thin NICK. Great knife and one of my top three most used Busse blades.

No pics as proof but I've used the SARGE 7 and BWM LE #425!! Both worked GREAT!!!

I'm glad this thread exists...thanks, Garth.

So, tomorrow's the day. We might as well post Bussekin cutting Turkey-Day birds and related foods. Dinner rolls beware!!!

I'll see if I can snap a pic or few tomorrow, hope others do the same.

Happy, safe and fun holiday to all!

We're in Florida without any Bussekin blades, but you can count on Christmas carving pics! :D:thumbup:

ASH Whacker 7.5" or SJTAC snake skin. Both stupid sharp. Which one gets the bird?

I have always used my thin NICK that was modified years ago by LVC when he owned it.

We had Thanksgiving dinner at the diner so we didn't get the chance to mutilate any fowl with INFI. The fallen tree in the park on the other hand was not so lucky.
