I'd thought I would mention this to all, excuse me if this is in the wrong area. I had a death in my immediate family. I lucked out and got a NMFSHLE, due to monies for furneral and more than someone might realize, it can be a major cost. I emailed Lexi and Jerry asking if I could cancel my order. I received a personal email from Jerry. Seemed to me he was not even concerned with my order, he was more concerned personally than his knife, or a sale there of. They "Busse" had my card number to charge away. Jerry is a graceful man, just thought I'd pass on what kind of company Busse is and Jerry as a person.

Sorry for your loss. That shows what a stand up guy he is and the company is. Funerals are a rip off and they take advantage of peoples grieving. I am not for government involvement in anything but if it is one thing that needs to be regulated it is funeral homes and their prices. I'm opting for a "Green" burial for almost free.
 
Sorry to hear of your loss . I think Jerry always does what a real man should but that can be rare these days.
 
A real show of class in the business world.....rare and true gift. Thats why my business will come to bussekin(that and i LOVE the blades ;))

Busse is indeed family and very much cares for all of the family members.

We experienced the loss of my Father-in-law recently and they expressed their condolences in a tread and it was very appreciated as were all the kind words of the Busse, Swamp Rat and Scrapyard family.

Thanks guys for your kind words!! Guess life a _itch, pay your taxes, and ya die. Sooner or later we all have to go through it. I just thought is was pretty dang nice of Jerry not having a concern about the knife. The way I see it, I made the commitment, he had all the information to charge for a "GREAT" product, and he let me bow out. Like all comments here Jerry is a gracious person, just in general hard to come by these days. I'll get my chance to get "another" busse, and because he "Busee" was and always has been great he will always have my business!!

Also, I know I don't post a lot on the forum as you can see, but I'm the quite one in the corner carrying that bad ass busse :thumbup:

I am so sorry for your loss... Losing anyone you love is definitely a horrible thing to deal with. Thoughts and prayers from Wauseon
