Busses and Burgers

It has been a good Saturday so far. Got my first Active Duty in the mail (thanks Brendan). This thing is air-bleeding sharp and is one of the thinnest infi blades I have next to my culti. It fits the hand like a glove. I also bought a couple of pounds of kobe and bison and made some burgers last night and this afternoon. I am not sure which I liked more because they both have their distinct flavors. I bought some 4 year aged cheddar from Australia, some applewood smoked bacon, and topped them off with arugula, tomatoes and red onions. I used Tabasco course ground mustard on the kobe last night and grey poupon white wine dijon on the bison and both were delicious. These things are addicting! Here are some pics of the bison burger and the AD with friends. Threw in a couple of snakeskins too. Everyone have a good weekend. Time to crack a Spaten Oktoberfest!

thats one mean looking burger!! I just got a mean street a week ago and now I too want a AD!!
 
Well it looks like I succeeded in making everyone hungry. Thanks for the kind words. Those SS's are definitely some of my favorite grails right now. I'll try to start posting more food porn and need to get a decent camera soon. That bison has less fat than chicken breast so it needed a little hog bacon on it to fatten it up.
