Ive been INFI bit, Ive been buying Busse's like a man on a mission since May of '08, not long. I use them for 99.9% of my outdoor cutting/chopping tasks, they reign supreme in that area no doubt. However, I have recently found myself longing for a better set of knives in my kitchen. So I put together one, Black canvas micarta satin style.

It's a start, I need a Nick, I know, but I don't want to spend that kind of dough...:foot: I would like to take credit for the satin skinny ash, but Ban made that happen, thanks Ban!:D

You should discover Japanese chefs knives. Then you could have a good pair of sharp addictions!

I bet they are, Im not much of a cook and Im no chef. The ergonomics of most Busse's don't scream kitchen duty, but they make a good set for me.;)
