Do any larger Busse models have a full convex grind?

Would prefer a full grind but am also interested in models that you
could convex the edge bevel as well. Optimally these would be fairly
thick approaching the edge bevel.

There are lots - some, like the CG NMSFNO, have a convex primary grind, and then a thick flat or nearly flat edge bevel. Others, especially some of the Satin LE models, have a full convex zero edge that's blended smoothly from the convex primary grind into the edge bevel. A good recent example of this is the Test Team Killa Zilla.

Thanks, MustardMan, I don't really understand why you would want a flat beveled edge on a convexed primary grind but It should be easy to convert.

For one, flat edges are easier to grind, and for two, many prefer flat edges because they are easy to sharpen on bench stones or a sharpening system like a lansky or sharpmaker.

I personally prefer the convex grind, but like you said it's easy to convert, so I have moved past caring about what kind of edge I get from the factory.

Oh, and probably one of the most underestimated one, the SARSquatch. Stupid slicer for a blade of it's size. Love mine!!

Lets not forget all the 2008 special edition competition finished blades... the Jackhammer, Satin Jack Tac, and aforementioned SARsquatch. I have the SJTAC and Squatch and love em both.

Scrapyard has also convexed the last 3 offerings... the M9, Vex, and Waki.

The convex edge is fantastic.

I think you mean swamp rat ;)

The vex and waki I agree on, but my M9LE sure looks like a full flat grind with a flat edge bevel. I know the advertisement on the website claimed a full convex zero edge, but that's not what I see on my knife.
