I know there are some Busse owners out there that don't live in the US.

Who are you, where are you? Or where have you seen Busses outside the US?

How widespread is the affliction ;):D

Well, the addiction has certainly hit OZ!

I have not heard of anybody in Australia owning any Busse's and do not even know of a supplier. Maybe I am the first!:D

I would also like at this time, to thank you Eric for all of the help and guidance you have given me in the last couple of weeks. I have been involved in Forum friendships before and have had involvement with many fine people, but none as genuine as you. Thank you very much.

Thank you for keeping me from the dark side of the force and showing me the light of that which is Busse.. ....although my wife would like to meet you in person one day;) ..she mentioned something about foot in the ass and no food this month....LOL

Be safe! What about any UK brothers or sisters?

Eric puts on quite the good act, doesn't he ???!!

Hah, you are in good hands w/Eric Gundy and welcome aboard the Busse forum. Perhaps you can help spread the word of Busse in the land down under! Man, I would love to hear some stories about how you put our knives to use!

Let me know if I can ever help with any Custom Busse needs you might have.

Marc (Contender)

I have to give you that one, Eric is OK, ;) but don't tell him I said so.

If there is any thing we can do to help you out, let us know.

Contender / '1'; One day, customs will come...:D, by the way, I plan on submitting a story on Busse blades (the NO field tested) to our Ozzie knife mag. Let me know if this is not okay contender!

You would cringe me thinks at some of the stuff we do. My brother has been beating the crap out of an old gerber LMF for near on 12 yrs now, and I know the busse will surpass it!!...I have an NO incoming which I plan on beating the hell out of. Pictures will be posted, I assure you.

thx for the welcome guys, I have floated around a bit, and look forward to getting more involved in a big way. The commander collection can wait a bit for some fixed blades to be introduced me thinks ~ Busse style!:D

Guy,
Thank you for the kind words but I'm happy to help. Anything that I can do to get that NO in your hands is my pleasure.

Now, when it comes to customs Marc is your Man :D:D

I can't wait to see pics of that NO being put to work ;):D

Sawasdee Krup :D Greetings from Thailand.

Like Gundy, I have not heard of anybody in Thailand owning any Busse's and do not even know of a local supplier. Maybe I am the first here as well!

A while back, a fella from South Africa would pop in from time to time; his name is Aubrey. I would imagine a place like Africa would place a premium on knives that could be used hard and stay in one piece. No wonder he's such a Busse fan.

It was his "bad influence" that sent me on the Busse Path. :)

Anyone else remeber Aubrey? As DonL said, he used to post quite often and he was a hardcore busse fan. He had some sweet reviews and liked his busses a lot.

I haven't seen Aubrey post for about a year... Hey, I wonder if any of those variants are for sale ;):D

Come on now guys, I know we have some Busse fans in Germany... Where are you at??

I was talking with him a short while back, got some great pictures of some great knifes:D

All is Well with him.
I invited him to stop by and see us again, he would try.

Now Eric, forget what you just asked, a line has formed already;)

I think i introduce myself. I come from SouthGermany, working in big weaponshop, called Frankonia Jagd.
I have Busse Basic 6( only in Germany aviable), Sogknife , some Gerbers.
But if i go out in for camping or something else, i take only my Busse 6 and Microtech Socom.
Have fun and greetings.

Profi,
Welcome to the Busse Forum, I hope you stick around and join in some of our discussions.

I would love to hear about some of your adventures with the Basic 6 :D:D

Welcome profi! Your job sounds very interesting. I know I'm jealous :D . I'd also like to hear about the Basic #6, and would love a pic if you have one.

Hi, and thanks for being welcome.
You can find the pic under www.busse-messer.de. Than click the shop and the basicline.
And yes, my job is interesting. But if could go back the time, i rather would have stayed in the army. But with 33years it has gone.
So, good bye Air Force.
Keep cool, knifefriends

Really is amazing how Busse has reached nearly (if not all) ...corners of the earth!

Maybe it's time for a mugshot gallery for all the Busse forum people...;)

Welcome Profi!!!!! From Australia...These guys are great in here, the best and most friendly forum on BF. Enjoy!

Aloha Profi!....Watch out, these guys are fanatics. Me, I have carried a Busse from as far east as Paris, and as far west as Bangkok.......my Mean Street has been half way around the world. Do you guys think that we should have our pictures taken with our Busses in unique, exotic and otherwise strange locales and post them here?
Just a thought....

Wabi

I'm working on a deal for a BM-E from fellow forumite, Blilious. So, I guess that must mean there's at least one Busse owner in Israel.
