Busted my customized BK-9

I was delimbing firewood - The specific culprit was a 1 inch diameter very dead blackjack oak limb.
Warranty is out with the window with the modified grind and the blade shortening.
I'll see if I can't grind it out.

Id start by trying to make it into a modifued “tracker” design. You would inly have to remove the material behind the chip towards the handle first. If it worked out, you’d be done. If not, then you only have the front portion to continue grinding on.

If you have a decent way to grind, I'd make something with less belly. Something more stabby.
More use of original blade that way. You can always shorten it later, if needed.
