Nepali customs has done their thing again. They told Pala that he could not import any more antlers. I guess he could but the duty would make it prohibitive and that's what customs is all about -- getting the most they can from the most they can. Yes, I said it correctly.
 
Another international ring dealing with animal parts nipped in the bud. National Geographic should do a full expose.
