Got out to the shop around 3:00 this morning. Ground out 2 EWOKs, 2 Keychain Companions, and 1 "freebie" Tin Knife. After that I fired up the forge and heat treated those 5, a small knife to post for sale, and one of my "projects", a 7" long by 1/4" thick clip point camp knife, that I ground out yesterday. They are in my oven tempering now, so it`s time to relax for a bit.

I can't wait to see the camp knife. I'm not really a fan of clip points but I know you are. When a craftsman really likes what he is making it shows.

Any more details on the small knife you made for sale?

6 1/4" oal, 2 1/2" cutting edge, 1" tall, out of 1/8"O1

I love it. Enough handle to feel solid in the hand and a blade length that I could comfortably wear and not worry about legal issues.

definately sounds like a busy morning...

i really like the looks of that small knife... looks like a perfect little woods blade to me... can't wait to see the finished product...
