Why is this knife so high ? Darrel Ralph did'nt make this one or what ? I'm confused .A few answers to get me going in the right direction would help

It looks to me like a converted to auto Taiwan made Delta Z Osprey.

D/A usually stands for double action. That is the knife can be opened manually or automatically. Butch Vallotton has been doing the conversions on the Darrel Ralph designed Osprey. Hope that clears it up for you.
