This is a sturdy fella that fits the pocket well. Measures 3 5/8" closed.

That one sure looks like it will fill your hand. How does it ride in the pocket?

Looks like the "chubby" shape hides the joints, so no "barbs" to wear out your pockets. Cool concept; nice knife

Yeah, the tangs hide so there isn't any grab from them. The frame is wide and thick enough that you can get a real grip on it. The stag ones are even better for grip. I've seen these for sale as a Sunfish and all kinds of other things but Cargill named it the Butter Bean due to it's shape. I'm not sure if there was an old pattern like this or not. It seems to me that I have seen at least one made by a company that was pre-Cripple Creek. Can't swear to that tho. To my knowledge, Cargill only made a few of the Sunfish pattern. I have seen two that weren't the typical Sunfish/Elephant Toenail pattern and were pretty odd looking. I have heard of a Cargill equal end Sunfish but have never seen one. There are no Cripple Creek Sunfish that I know of.
