butterfly knives ordering online.

Is it ok for a civilian to order a butterfly knives online? I live here on maui hawaii.
 
If I recall, the answer to that question is 'no'. Balisongs are illegal to manufacture, sell, carry and possess in Hawaii (someone correct if I'm mistaken). In other states, only carry and manufacture is illegal, but simply owning them for collection purposes is okay.
