Something has to be done about this! Very inconsiderate people. How long does it take you to make up your mind. I don't know why Skunk doesn't put a clock on these guys, and give them a 10 minute buy period, or else it is released from your cart.

He does have a 15 minute timer on the carts. They auto-dump if they're not checked out in that time. These thing have already been addressed a long long time ago, in a feeding frenzy far far away. If the items are not available at this point, there's likely none left.

There never have been or never will be restrictions on how many items we can put in our carts to purchase. Naah-gonna-happen.:p

Now go practice you're pork-fu so this won't happen to you next time. :D

I am not mad its just frustrating.

I can say the I dont think the 15 minute rule is 100% accurate.

Cause while trying to get them:

1 came off hogtied to low inventory. I grabbed it. I waited and logged back on with other screen. Hoping to grab another within a few moments and combine.

Well it didnt come availble. I went ahead and purchased the one but it only threw it back in to inventory was when I hit product list. Over 15 minutes later-cause I was playing Lightening McQueen racing with my three year son:D:D

Anyway only when I left basket contents to product list did it dump the order.

I immediately had to go back and grab it. Thats when I went to checkout and paid so not to miss out.

Just trying to figure it out.

I d love another at the price.

I know you may have come late on this deal, but they were available for over a week.

On a per-oz basis, the uber-fats are probably the best INFI deal in a while - esp. the tan micarta. I may pound mine flat and turn it into a .125 Satin Jack.
 
If they are "HOGTIED", then they are still available, but are sitting in a cart; someone is somehow refreshing the cart without having to do it manually... And it does seem that a few people have found a way around the 15 minute time limit... While I don't believe in item restriction, I think that it IS pretty rude to sit on BCS items for days at a time while waiting for money to buy, or trying to figure out how to pay for these hogtied items sitting in their cart, and inevitably just winding up having to let them go. It's rude to others ready to pay, and rude to Scott & Vicki.

No I have been watching since Gunyon and Steelnut posted last week or so and repied about cant believe they are still there.

But had bills to pay to forum members.

I so boldly said I will take it too.

Just haven't been holding em HOSTAGE!

So if it says "HOGTIED" they are possibly still available but in someone's cart and if there not listed at all then they are no longer available..is that how I read it?
 
I think that Hogtied also means that theoretically, Skunk has more inventory he hasn't put up. Sometimes a blade goes Hogtied and then after a BCS update, it goes away. And other times, there is no hogtied, it just goes away. (Like the black/black GW's.)

Here's to hoping Skunk has more in stock b/c I can't believe carts have been filled for 24 hrs.
 
I have to agree with Jaxx on this one.Some greedy F@#K figured a way to keep their basket full and is probably laughing it up right now as we write about it.Get a life whoever you are.
 
Yeah I just checked again and whoever this is just went in and hogtied everything as we speak.
 
There's GOTTA be a way for Skunk to figure this out - and then not ship blades to those people. LOL Just refund their CC's when they order and that's it.
 
Ban the IPs of people who hogtie items for longer than "x" hours?

They are activily and consciously bypassing a system set in palce to allow as fair a playing field as can be on the BCS.

There should be reprecutions for such actions. It's a constant source of frustration for everyone!
