Obviously, since I didn't know what kettlebells were, that pic must be some other Illinois veterinarian. He ain't my type either.

mike graham is all into old style work out equipment thus the kettlebells, IIRC they were popular pre WW2, maybe pre WW1.

i havent ever used them myself, i dont know really what ya could do with them vs std dumbells, IIRC there is a regimen of odd (to me)lifts to go along with them, i dont know if ya just use 1 size for all or switch around/etc, variety is always good so i'm sure ya would get something outta them,
