Hawaiian Japanese wife of a buddy heard about some scotch and spam we had in my office to celebrate a non-promotion (blessing in disguise kinda thing) so they show up with Spam Musubi at my birthday party. It's Spam sushi! Delicious and she even put a little band o' seaweed on it. Spam gets lightly sauteed (one never fries Spam! Or is the other way around?) and plunked on top of the sushi rice and man, that's lip smackin' good! Perfect with a nice cold beer!
