Buy Two Knives or One?

It seems like I can almost buy a ZT200 and a 300 for what a 551 or 560 will cost. I think I would rather have two knives than one. What do you guys think? I have handled and owned a 200 and 300 and liked them both, but you know you are carrying a knife. I guess I sold them because they were so heavy in your pocket, but really miss them. They are both like custom knives to me.
 
Since you've already had a 200 and 300, why not change it up and go for a 560. Oh, you'll know you have a knife in hand. Not because it's heavy, but because it fits your hand so well and you can handle it very easily and quickly. The 560 is close to custom: fit and finish, materials, components used and machining. It's also not too shabby of a slicer. All in all, it's all of course up to you...just my 2...
 
the 0560 is about 2 oz. lighter I believe, if weight is your concern. If you didn't carry the 0300, but like the 0560, I'd get the 0560. You get to try a little bit of that Hinderer everyone is on about. -hayes
 
If you hadn't already owned both I would say 2. Since you weren't happy with them and it sounds like the 0560 is something you would like you should try it out. It is large but not heavy and once broken in opens almost as if it is assisted. The 0560 is long and feels larger in my pocket in some ways but is much lighter and thinner to reach in along side of it if you need to carry other stuff. If the 0300 felt heavy but you liked it otherwise you'll probably love the 0560.
 
It sounds like if you had a 0200 and 0300 and got rid of them maybe you're ready for a 560.

The 560/61 carries much better in the pocket. It's much more comfortable....you know it's there but it's not like having a 0200 or 0300 in your pocket.

I have a 0200, 0300, 0301, 0302, and a 561. I like both the 61 and the 0301 about the same tho. The both feel good in hand and the pocket to me.

Get them again...you yourself said you miss them, you won't be happy until you get them again. :D

If you can almost buy a 200 and a 300 for the price of a 551/560, you're looking at the dealers/sellers who are jacking up the prices. Granted the 0551 is harder to come by, but the 0560 is regular production and if you wait for demand/production to stabilize, odds are you could get them from dealers under MAP instead of over.
