Buyers remorse

I don't know what it is about Emerson's but they're addicting. Just received my third in the mail this past week (Roadhouse BT), and I noticed that with each Emerson purchase, I get buyers remorse from the time I click buy to the time the package is delivered. I had it in January when I bought my Commander, in March when I bought my CQC-7, and now with my Roadhouse. These things really are addicting!

Anyways, just sharing one of my experienced with these knives. I figured I have lurked long enough on this sub-forum without contributing anything. Hope you all have a great weekend.

Nah, I get the anticipation when I start thinking about the next one on the list. The buyers remorse is me thinking "I really didn't need that knife. Why did I spend that money?" But like I said, it all goes away when I first hold my new toy, I mean tool :)

And 3 Emersons is all my wallet could handle within a year's time. I would love to get my hands on a PUK and a karambit too
 
I have never had buyer's remorse with an Emerson purchase. As mentioned above, I am prone to buyer's anticipation. Right now it involves a Specwar and an El Bandito. :D
 
No remorse from me when buying an Emerson.

In fact I just ordered a mini cqc7 today.

I have had buyers remorse after ordering an Emerson. Mainly I felt guilty spending the money because I didn't really "need" another knife, but I had the money to spend and wanted another Emerson. The feeling has always gone away once I got the knife in my hand.

Exactly, and now that I have my new roadhouse, I'm already thinking about my next purchase (probably a PUK) if they're still available
 
I've got buyer's anticipation. Persians should be arriving in about 10 hours, but I'll be at work!

Thank gawd my CQC7 has held me at bay or wifie would be very angry with me.

Very nice! I'd love to find an all black one to go with the SF model I've got. I'm assuming you got these on the secondary market? If not, and you know a shop that has them in stock, please email me.
 
I have buyers remorse a but that is not right after I order usually it is when I get the knife open it once and decide I want to sell or trade it. Has only with a few knives for me, but has also happened with some shop materials.
 
One of those Persians and another Emerson are being shipped to Thailand...more anticipation...argh.
 
Gooeytek hooked me up with his source for the Perisans. Feeling a little bit of remorse at the moment, as I don't really need a second Persian. I'm sure the feeling will go away once I get it.

Think I'll have one of them tapped for left hand carry and start carrying it daily as a backup and user, then keep one as a collector or backup.
