Buying a Blade in the Philippines

I'll be spending a couple days in the Philippines beginning tomorrow. In Manila, I could likely hook up with some old friends for advice. But I will be hiking Mt. Pinatubo.

Do any of you know of any blacksmiths or stores that make or sell larger blades around there?
