Buying a Ken Onion workshop

I am confused as I see some that have 4 pulleys and take a 1x18 belt and another that has 3 pulleys and takes 3/4 by 12in belt.

I am interested in buying a complete system with blade grinder attachment. In the 1x18 belt size. What do I ask for?
