Alternately there are short limited runs of knives released periodically at http://ratknives.com/
Stay tuned to the forums for details and dates of release, but be warned they usually sell out in a few minutes of release.

Great choice! You will NOT regret buying a Rat, whichever one you choose.
As the Finkenator mentioned, swamprat.com is pretty well your only choice for ordering. As far as being "up to date", if you look at the "Place Order" page, that will list all of the knives that are currently available for order. Then hopefully you won't mistakenly fall in love with an unattainable blade.
If you choose to buy the Rat Trap -- that is also available for purchase at Shomer-Tec.

Any Rat is a good, nah, GREAT Rat. I don't own every model, just 6 or 8 or so. Probably the best bang for the buck in the blade business.
The customer service is another thing though...............
Swamp Rat and Busse definintly are the BEST in the business. Even before you buy one, you'll be treated as a member of the family. With Hogs and Rats , you'll always be prepared.
