Does anyone here have experience buying automatic knives from GovX? They have a nice sale going on Benchmade models and I need to replace my old issued AFO that went overboard in 100 feet of water recently... I am NOT, however a military or LE procurement officer, just a disabled vet ...
 
i have purchase from gov-x and i believe to get a membership you need to take photo of an government issued ID in order to be approved. if you have a VA card it may work (i don't know what a VA card looks like as I'm not a vet) so if it has a picture id try it. i do work for the govt but am not a first responder and i have an account so it definitely has some leniency...
 
AFO II straight from Benchmade with their MIL discount is cheaper than the GOVX sale price, in case it helps
