Buying back a Busse?

Awhile back I wanted to have a couple troublesome teeth yanked so I did. That cleaned out my goofy cash but I wanted some guns. So I looked at my stuff a d noticed my TGLB. Liked the knife, but was disappointed the way it performed some tasks, which by the way, Lexi told me they would take care of no fuss, but I went on and sold it and got guns and dental work done. Well, my friend asked if I wanted first whack at buying the knife back. It has some use on it, but not much. Really, the worst was done by me when it was mine. I feel bad because he is selling it for considerably less then what he bought it for. What ya'll think, buy it back ?
 
Of course. You can always give him more if your conscience is bothered by the price he's asking for it.
 
Ones that I've bought back have been for my selling price. Only right I figure as long as it's the "same shape" as when you sold it.
 
The only "damage" it has is from when I drove out then drove back in the roll pin on my AR15 when I broke my trigger guard. I'll do like bld522 said and give him what he paid with the option to buy back.
