Buying Nimravus: Difference BT vs. BK?

Decided to buy a Nimravus. Whats the difference between 140BT and 140BK models? Also, I want the carbon fiber sheath, how to know what I am getting?

BK is their new coating, it replaced the BT2 and is supposed to be better. The carbon fiber looking sheath was replaced with the current kydex sheath a couple years ago. People had a lot of complaints about the old sheath.
