So I went to a Sportsmen's Warehouse today and the guy behind the counter tells me about the "Black Label Shadowfax" (after I asked about it) and says that once he gets enough money to spare he's getting it. He then tells me that He's handled it before (I'm guessing while in the store) and told me that he likes the weight and the feel of the grip. Being the fact that I am yet to be 18 I was unable to handle the knife. Long story cut short I'm asking if anyone here has handled the knife and can tell me whether it's worth it or not.

Worth it for doing what?

You have to tell us, what you plan to use it for.
Kind of difficult to advise otherwise.

The Browning knife has too pronounced finger moulds for my taste, but thats purely personal.

Its a Russ Kommer design and that aint all bad.

I dunno. Depends on the use you have in mind for the knife.
hunting knife?
fighter?
Survival?

Tell us what you want it for and we'll tell you what we think of it.

Someone posted pretty much the same question while I was typing. Been known to happen.

I suppose a sub-question to this would be "What is it best for? (In your opinion)"
-EDC
-Hunting
-Survival
-Fighting
If anything I'd most likely use it as an EDC or Hunting knife.

I don't see it as a hunter because the guard extends above the handle. For a hunting knife, I really think you need to be able to extend your thumb onto the blade for better control. Can't do that with the guard like that.

Same comment goes for "survival". It also depends on what you want your survival knife to do. Most folks want a survival blade that they can use for chopping. Wrong shape for that. Also 154CM holds an edge well, but isn't an alloy I'd pick for chopping chores.

Too frickin big for an EDC.

That leaves "fighter". Not my turf. Someone else would have to comment on the suitability for that one.
