I think a 1 item per cart limit is great news. If I'm guessing correctly, this should give those of us who intend on buying for personal use a chance to actually get something we want before the resellers get in and buy up all the stock and dash.

If you're buying for resell purposes, the checkout process should tie you up long enough for the honest folks to get in there and have a fair chance at getting a knife.
