Well its that time of the season again where I can't stand having a beard anymore. I usually start growing my beard right around October and keep it long throughout the winter months and usually by about April or May I have had enough. As I am sitting here scratching my beard and thinking of the summer months ahead; its got to go. So farewell my furry friend but we must part once more and we shall meet again when the ground begins to freeze.

I wish I had a choice. I was not blessed with the genes required to have a mustache or beard. Tried to grow one for 3 months before, wife hated me for the months and threatened divorce (tongue in cheek). I would agree with her.. it was horrendous.

Ha - everyone I know that works in office jobs and is now sequestered to their homes with work from home orders is now growing a scruff.

I still shave every other day - but I keep my 70's porno 'stache.

I can't grow a decent beard (or maybe I'm just unwilling to endure the awkward growing out phase... but I lean toward my original statement). FWIW, it's better than my father's - or so he says - but I keep it trimmed at a short stubble/neat scruff length most of the time.

I first started growing a beard when we were selling our first house and my wife wanted the bathroom spotless for whenever the realtor brought people by to see the house. Now she loves the beard and gives me a hard time when I even trim it. Lol!

oh it happened
