Nice large utility knife, very large grip, versatile and functional even with a heavy glove or mitt. It worked well in the kitchen, for various utility cutting and outside in the woods. The only real significant drawback was the pivot separated during some chopping. This could be countered by just tapping the pivot as it loosened, however as it opened the lock security was significantly reduced so care would have to be taken. This behavior was however not noticed with a Meadowlark and Pelican which were used much harder, so this doesn't seem to be the expected behavior. The final prying work was fairly impressive both in how much force it took before the knife broke, the ductility demonstrated and the very high cohesion of the design which showed an almost perfect balance of strength in the tip, blade and handle.
