One of the screws for the belt clip came loose and fell out, now the clip is all loose. Where do I go to find a replacement? I've never had this happen so I'm kinda clueless. Jewelry shop? Email Spyderco?

I'm sure Spyderco will take care of you. Just email customer service and they will send you replacement screws. Then use lock-tite...

If you are the impatient type and you don't get a reply from your email in a week or so; you might consider calling Spyderco. Email is easier to do and faster for the sender; but sometimes a phone is more efficient in the long run. That is a general "contacting businesses" rule not something particular to Spyderco. :)

Depends on the circumstances, but usually they will just send you a screw no charge.

Sent Spyderco customer service an email and they got back with me the next day...they sent a new set of Torx 6 screws out yesterday. They get an A+ for customer service in my book!!:)
