Considering modifying the chisel grind of a Byrd MeadowLark2 from one-sided chisel to double-sided regular grind. Blade is half-serrated. Serrations will stay as is.
I have a Lansky kit, thinking on grinding at 20 degrees. Looks like I'll have to regrind both sides to get 10 degrees on each side, 20 degrees total as the chisel angle is likely at more than 10 degrees.
Anyone tried it? Any thoughts on going about it?
