C/P order

For those of you that have ordered from the C/P shop, did you get any kind of confirmation once they got your order? I mailed mine in about a week ago, and haven't heard anything.

Faxed mine in. Got nothing confirming it. I called a couple of days later to modify the order, which is the only way I know they have it.

You bring up a good point.

I will look into what we can do to get order confirmations, even automated ones, into our system.

Derek,

I thought that was why we were sending in our e-mail addreswses. What if you made the form on the site so we could click a "submit" button, then it would open the form in our email, and we could send it that way. Then all you would have to do to confirm is "Reply" to the email.

I know nothing about how that stuff works, so I do not even know if it is possible. Just a thought, since the form is already there.
