I have new to me knives with the mark: C+X Shirras Laing Aberdeen Made in England. The closest mark I can find is C++X from Lockwood Brothers. In the lockwood mark the ++ in over and under, not side by side. The knives are full tang, heavy bolstered, wooden handles(teak or rosewood), 3 brass rivets, and well balanced. They are marked stainless which puts them post 1960. Any information regarding the maker would be greatly appreciated.
