C22 prototype?

Saw this pop up on eBay. Looking for any info

Spyderco C22 Carbon Fiber By Michael Walker Very Rare Prototype | eBay

This knife is unnumbered and marked prototype. A difference to note on this one is the clip does not have the Spyderco logo but does read Swiss Made. There is the number 12 stamped on the blade. A total of 1165 were produced.

If I remember correctly, in order to include all the names on the blade, they went with WKS for Walker Klotzil Spyderco on the blade for the Protos. I only remember reading about these and actually never seen one for sale until yesterday...so glad I was able to see it and score it in time.
