Cabela's Outfitter knives?

I really want one of these and can't find a nice use one any where. Sucks. Let me know if anyone has one.
 
I did a search on this steel on a site, and got this :

C 0.12
Cr 16-18
Mn 1.00
Ni 0.60
P 0.040
S 0.030
Si 1.00

Doesn't seem to be a very good knife steel composition wise.
