I don't know how many of you are local to the state line area on Highway 90 between Spokane & Coeur d'Alene, but I just found out last night that CJ Buck (company president, Buck Knives) will be at Cabela's from 10:00am to 2:00pm or so both days this weekend.
And, as they usually do, when the Buck Boys are in town, they have made a special purchase of certain knife models and those are on sale.
Two patterns that I know for sure are in this mix are the Buck 174 Cutback and 179 Hilo (both Mayo designs).
CJ will be doing his usual gig of signing (engraving) the blades of knives people bring while he's there.
I have a dozen or so that have been waiting for him to show up (dude's out of town a LOT) and I will be there Sunday (missed him today, rats).
So, for those of you who live in and around Spokane or in the North Idaho area, and who wanna get your Buck knives signed by the current company pres, Cabela's in Post Falls is the place to be starting tomorrow at 10:00am.
I'll be the guy with two bags of knives standing patiently in line . . .
