Got a $100 hundo Cabellas card for Christmas. Anyone look through the Cabellas knife offerings and can recommend finest near that pricepoint? Regards and Merry Christmas!!
 
How about a Benchmade Griptilian ????? Great knife and you would still have some left over to get something else too...
 
I have and am very pleased with the Buck Alaskan Guide Series Vanguard. $90 with rubber handles, $95 with rosewood. S30V steel. Very nice.

Make that a third.:thumbup: Griptilian is alot of knife for the money(spend the rest on beer or something tasty to eat; the Elk sandwich at Cabella's was REALLY good).
 
The Buck 110AG with S30V blade steel gets a LOT of press on the forums. Not sure of the cost, but just a matter of looking.
 
You can get the Cabela's Benchmade Griptillian w/D2 steel including S/H for under a hundred bucks.

Any of the Buck knives with S30V steel are worth a look as well.

Buck's Alaskan GUide 110, mini-Alpha, and Vanguard knives come to mind. I have my eye on Knives of Alaska's Muskrat and Cub Bear Combo. Any for under $100.

I just got the Grip with D2 steel for Christmas, great knife!
