Cable S-Guard Bowie

Here is a Cable Damascus Bowie in a traditional American design.

It has a 8 5/8" blade 13 3/8" OAL. The S-guard is German silver with brushed faces and polished edges. Her distal tapered blade moves to a quick point and compliments her overall style. Her handle is an exhibition grade piece of ironwood with an ivory spacer I enjoy the surprises that finished cable produces and guess that's why I like to forge Cable so much.

Sure would like to get a better look at that cable damascus.

Your photo makes it look like the knife's guard has a problem. The upper tine looks like it has a ding in it and some black stuff on the end.

By the way, nice knife.

I see what your talking about and should have caught that in the photography. The guard is very clean, square and has no damage.

I will take new photos and post them.
