I would like to get your opinion on this knife I recently received. It was designed for the French Army. It uses Axis lock (in cooperation with Benchmade). It is a relatively large knife. They have a small set screw to lock the main pivot bolt after small adjustments, which I am used to seeing in extrema ratio knives. The main pivot is large. There is a belt cutter on the blade, and it works really well because it has a curved, very thin blade (looks like a razor). It has steel liners. The liners are skeletonized so the blade is light. There's a glass breaker on the end of the blade, but it's very small, almost inconspicuous, but it's obviously functional. There is a clip for ambidextrous use. For some reason the pocket clip is too long. There is a lanyard hole in the handle. Most importantly, it has a corkscrew. The grip is not bad. It is especially nice to be able to place the thumb in two different positions on the blade. Easy to sharpen the knife, but you shouldn't expect too much from the steel. The action is good, the axis lock is really fun.
