So, sorry I haven't been here for a while... went back to school.
I currently work in Dental CAD design and thought I could mesh some technology here.

theses would be Mosaic end caps/ inserts.. the cap width is 1/4 inch and the insert part is 7/32, which would fit inside the 1/4 brass tube... the "top" part of the cap is .125.. so basically you would cut the brass tube .25 in short overall to have everything mount flush.... designs would be a little limited until I get used to my CAD software at home...

the Pin ends (or caps) would actually be made with Argen Metals.. they could be SLM manufactured in white gold, yellow gold (with various gold content up to 78%) CrCo as well. with SLM, they would have a precision fit...
[Price discussion is reserved for those that Pay to Play, not as a registered user]... also, this is dental gold, so it's made to be resilient..

let me know what you guys think... been itching for a new project

You may want to buy the correct membership level before trying to sell your wares. Also, welcome back.

yep, intend to... if it looks like there may be interest to support it...
I'll get some numbers together to see it it's feasible

They are cool, but you probably won't get much interest in "General", you may want to move to knife maker's section.

Actually if you want to sell things:
Gold to sell the things you buy
Orange to sell the things you make
Green to sell as a dealer (volume)
So until the correct membership is purchased, no discussion of any sales is allowed.

General Knife Discussion is to discuss knives, not mosaic pins or CAD.
Off to Maintenance, Tinkering, & Embellishment.
