Hey guys.
One of my old standbys when I am in the bush is making Cafe Mocca, it is roughly 50% coffee to 50% hot chocolate and can be made with a pack of instant coffee and a pack of hot chocolate mix. It eliminates the need for creamer and suger and is easy enough to make. It is common aound here to go into a coffee shop and see it advertised, sometimes it can be made fancier with expresso or whipped cream or some kind of sprinkles. In Ontario, Canada it is common, popular and known as Cafe Mocca, I imagine in comes from the french being roughly "Coffee Chocolate". I wouldnt begin to imagine that we invented here it but I recall meeting somone from Texas this summer who called it something totally different "Something cow" I believe. Is this common in your part of the world? What is it called there? Do you know where the name comes from?
