As if I have actually had time to fully unpack from Finland, I'm off on another trip - this time to San Francisco for the Fancy Food Show (to promote our other main product - the Savu Smoker Bags). So, I just wanted to give everybody a heads up so they won't think I've fallen off the face of the earth.

I'll have internet access, but don't know how much time I'll have to relax and spend time doing what I love - talking about knives.

Hey guys: I'm back - FINALLY. One thing I hate about traveling: having to pay for every damn thing all the time. I know we pay mortgages and everything, but it's nice not to have to worry about tipping somebody everytime you want to make a sandwich!
