california: double bladed throwers and razors.

In california, would it be legal for me to carry a concealed razor? the boxcutter kind, with a carboard "sheath."

I'll tell you what, Seanv, I may not know California law, but I would avoid that thing like the plague. $23.99 for a double bladed kife intended for throwing (!?) with a liner locks for the blades? That cannot but be an ultimate POS. i would not trust those locks any further than I could throw the Washington Monument and I would suspect that the rest of theknife is just as bad.
