I talked to auntie about this after looking through old daily deals and seeing some knitted mittens and stuff from raj kumar's wife

So I had this idea, lets get the kami's family's working, the women specifically

I would like to formally request hand knitted caps from nepal ! basically the idea is to help give them a product while the shops are sorted, so I ask anyone who believes in bill's work and keeping HI going, think about buying a knitted cap for yourself or your kid, even if you don't need it ! its not much money ( i dont think)

I would personally like to request (5) knitted caps made by those that are capable and hopefully largely to benefit the kami's family needs .

I ask my fellow blade enthusiasts to support the little men who break themselves over forges every day to bring us a truly fine and one of a kind product.- -ask for a cap !

Yangdu sent me a couple of hats as a Christmas gift for my wife and daughter and they LOVE them. Super warm, super comfy. I actually borrowed one for an extended day in the snow, and it kept my head way more toasty warm than the budget cap I had bought at a a box store before.

Absolutely lovely. I would also be interested in seeing more crafts come from Nepal. My wife has a few pieces made from tigereye, and they are GORGEOUS
 
I'd buy a couple more, for myself and friends. I rock this one whenever it happens to get cold enough down here ( I really only have a 2 month window really)

I've always wanted a mohawk to make a statement to society ya know? But being bald on top I reckon that's the closest I'll ever come. I do seriously like that hat though. That's a genuine hat from Nepal?

I'll support this plan best I can too, specially if I can get a mohawk hat.
 
Not only a Mohawk, but it's got a long tail in the back, along with the braids!
I got it from Yangdu on a DOTD early this year/ late last year. Pretty sure it is from Nepal, don't remember the specifics for the DOTD thread, but either way its a badass hat!
 
we all want such badass hats sir, we all do.

if that picture doesnt convince everyone they need a few hats, I dont know what will.
 
I have a purple hat with an orange plume, and I love it. I'd love to have one in black and gold.
 
Jroden5446...That is way cool! I have a naturally occurring reverse Mohawk so that would be perfect. I too only have a few months of cold but I would wear that hat proud while I could!
 
I keep my head shaved year round and my mom is currently going through chemotherapy, sign me up for a couple. Great idea considering the current situation!
 
a lot more support for this than I imagined , I thank everyone who is asking for one! and good luck to you and yours wroughndt its about keeping the love, I share an experience with you: on third round of mom's chemo , and every moment is worth it.
