Calling for Chris at SOG........in here, please!

I need to get in touch with Chris regarding an issue with my Trident TF1. I want to reverse the clip to the other side, and even using the correct tools as per SOG's verbal instructions, I can't get the screw out. I've taken it to three gunsmiths, and they can't get it out either. One believes the head is stripped.

So my question to Chris is: Where do I send it? Do I include return postage? Will you give it a quick going over with your sharpeners? What will this cost (minus shipping), and what can I expect the turn around time to be?

If there is someone at SOG you'd rather have me contact, please give me the info and I'll take it from there. If it makes any difference, the knife is less than a year old.

If you do send your knife in please be sure to send it in a manner that can be tracked and insured. Along with the knife please include information on your problem and a return address on the inside of the box. This will help us process the knife faster. If there is anything else you need please let us know.

The warranty dept at SOG is INCREDIBLE! :thumbup: i sent an old SOG Powerplier to them, with a broken plier tip, not really expecting warranty coverage becasue of the age of the multitool. Not only did the repalce the plier head, the cleaned, buffed and sharpended the blades.
