I tried to PM you, but the software said that my account didn't have that privilege.

Anyway, would it be all right to ask the folks that make the EZE Sharp machine to post a tutorial here even though I don't believe they are paid advertisers? (Or better yet, could you possibly do it, since you are the moderator, and would be the person that they would need to help them in registering and getting everything set up and going as a "sticky?)

Many of us have these machine, they are an awesome idea, but we just about all seem to be having some kind of a minor problem that a comprehensive forum tutorial should cure.
